By using the Roonza store (roonza.com) or ordering from it, you agree to these terms.

The store

Roonza is an online store in Jordan for women's accessories and "Russian gold". We sell and deliver in Jordan only, and prices are in Jordanian dinars.

Russian gold pieces are a base metal with a gold-colored plating, not solid gold. Each piece's material is written on its page.

Your account and sign-in

You sign in with your phone number and a code sent by WhatsApp or SMS. Never share the code. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.

Orders

• You receive the order confirmation by WhatsApp, and our team may call you to confirm it before it is prepared.
• We may cancel an order if we can't confirm it, a piece runs out, or a price is clearly wrong, and we will tell you.
• The prices and offers that apply are the ones shown when you place the order.

Payment

• You pay cash on delivery.
• Name pieces are made for you: they are paid in advance by CliQ, arranged with our team, and preparation starts only after payment.

Delivery

We deliver to every governorate through a delivery company. Times and fees are on the shipping and delivery page. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct: an order may be cancelled if we can't reach you.

Returns and exchanges

• Within 3 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging.
• Not returnable: name pieces, and pieces whose page says they can't be returned.
• Details are on the returns and exchanges page.

Coupons, offers and gifts

• Each coupon has its own conditions (dates, minimum, number of uses) and can't be exchanged for cash.
• Referral gifts are decided by our team, and only for inviting a new customer (a number that has never ordered), never yourself. One gift per order.
• We may cancel a coupon or gift used against its conditions.

Gift orders

When you send an order as a gift to someone else, you remain the order's owner: you receive its messages, and you handle delivery and returns with us. You are responsible for the recipient's details being correct and for their agreement to be contacted by the delivery company.

Acceptable use

Don't use the store for fake orders or with other people's numbers, or try to disrupt it or reach what isn't yours. We may stop cash on delivery for a number that has refused deliveries repeatedly.

Liability

We do our best to show pieces and their colors accurately, but photos may differ slightly from the real piece. Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the last update. An order follows the terms published when it was placed.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
